The Louisiana Association of Nationally Registered EMTs (LANREMT) is grateful for your support of our annual education conference.
We are extremely excited to be re-branding and re-booting our conference this year as
'The Louisiana Statewide Conference on EMS presented by LANREMT.
Our 2023 conference will include expanded educational and networking opportunities, and additional quality time and space for our attendees to spend with exhibitors. The conference will be held at the
Paragon Resort and Conference Center, June 7-10.2023, featuring four full days of pre-conference courses and panel discussions, including Clinical, Operations/Leadership, and Our rebranding efforts will include a revamped website and social media integration to drive attendance and better engagement. Registration includes not only outstanding dynamic education, door prizes, raffles, and awards but also includes breakfast, lunch, and evening social events plus a 1-year enrollment in LANREMT.
Our marketing will target all levels of EMS providers in industrial and ambulance settings, as well as nurses, law enforcement officers, fire departments, schools, and hospitals.
All of our exhibitor packages include conference registrations, meals, and admission to all activities and social events for 2 or more people. The conference rate for all rooms at the Paragon is $ 99.00 plus taxes.
We hope we can count on your continued support as we set out to rebuild The Louisiana Statewide Conference on EMS into one of the most informative, enjoyable, and hospitable EMS educational events in the nation.
The newly revised vendor packet and fillable PDF contract are attached. Exhibitor space will be determined on a first-come, first-choice basis. Contracts should be returned to me at your earliest convenience for review and logistics determination prior to the forwarding of any payment.
